I found this child's rocking chair at a local gift shop. It was bright red, and I thought it was adorable. My daughter, however, wanted it white, so my husband spent quite a few days trying to get the red to disappear! I hand painted roses and the saying, "Jesus loves ME! this I know, for the Bible tells me so" on it for our precious granddaughter, Ruthie.
I'm on the hunt for another vintage child's rocker. When I find one, I'll offer it for sale.
